The bolt cap has successfully undergone assessment and certification by the Steel Construction Institute who are at the forefront of steel fabrication standards.

Bolt caps have passed the stringent requirements to be used to protection bolted connections in pharmaceutical and semi conductor plants where demanding surface cleanliness and volatile emission standards apply.

The range of bolt caps has been considerably extended and recently introduced there are now bolt caps to suit Tension Control Bolts (TCB’s), Anchors for LNG vessels, Sized masking inserts to enhance productivity in addition to the enhanced size range and custom shapes.
